St. Pius X Church Energy Efficient Roof Replacement / Middletown, CT

This 18,000 church roofing project required additional insulation for better energy efficiency. To achieve this, Eagle Rivet installed asphalt shingles on top of vented insulating nailboard – a new material that allows air to circulate.

For this project, we custom designed, created and installed a sheet, vented metal fascia system that helped increase air flow in the facility.
