University Towers New Haven Roof Restoration / New Haven, CT

University Towers is a housing high-rise in New Haven, known for its convenient downtown location close to the Yale campus. As part of a major upgrade, Eagle Rivet was contracted to re-roof the entire 15,000 sq ft roof of this building.

Eagle Rivet installed a Firestone EPDM roofing system on top of tapered insulation. The project was made more difficult due to the fact that the building had been partially re-roofed previously, and there were several layers of roofing to be removed before installation could proceed. To access the roof, we used a 260 ft boom crane.
