Due to a proactive maintenance program conducted by Eagle Rivet, this building’s existing BUR roof performed way past its projected life expectancy; when the time finally came to replace it, Eagle Rivet installed a fully-adhered EPDM system from Firestone.

We managed to turn around the installation on this 150,000 sq ft roofing system while allowing this major manufacturing facility to continue normal operation, and causing minimal disruptions to its workflow.
