Yale University Roof Restoration

This medical facility roof took a great deal of care to install. Due to its location, removal of debris and delivery of new roofing materials had to go through the facility itself; Eagle Rivet planned the process carefully to minimize disruptions.

The new roof used an isocyanurate insulating sub-layer with a Tremco cold-applied BUR roofing system over it. The advantage of a cold-applied system was to eliminate the need for a kettle, greatly reducing odors and fumes during installation.
