This challenging roof replacement project for the Southington, CT Hartford Personal Lines Insurance Center required the work to be done during off hours (nights and weekends). Eagle Rivet removed the old ballasted EPDM roofing and replaced it with the same type of EPDM ballasted roofing system.

The work was done for general contractor Bartlett Brainard Eacott, with Simpson Gumpertz & Heger as roofing consultant.
