Avon Old Farms Brown House Roof Restoration with Copper Fixtures

Avon Old Farms – Brown House Avon, CT

Roof restoration for this massive brownstone involved removal of the old roof and installation of new synthetic tile. The client asked for the best materials and fixtures, and we used copper flashing, gutters, and premium copper snow guards.

The advantage of copper fixtures is not just practical but aesthetic, as the copper elements will acquire an attractive vintage patina over the years.
